Yummy Egg Rolls

A few students came up with the idea to sell Hmong Egg Rolls so they could fundraise money needed to attend a conference. Not only did we order three dozen; I volunteered to make them. It was a lot of work, a lot of fun and they raised enough to go to the conference.
Cutting the cabbage: & grating the carrots:

Get the wrappers ready and start rolling..............keep on rolling:

1000+ egg rolls later................................

Now fry, baby, fry!


Does that look delicious? Yes, I was part of quality control - gotta make sure they're really good before selling them!

Don't forget the chili sauce - very important!

    i don't quite get how 'you' made them when the students in the picture where doing all the real work.

    you were just throwing them into the oil! =)
